The Gannon Development Company

The Gannon Development Company (“Gannon Development”) has an established system in place, with the team to manage this system, for identifying and developing, either through new construction or the value added acquisition of existing complexes, of realty across the entire spectrum of the U.S. market.

This core team, in conjunction with an extensive network of brokers, lenders and other professionals, is able to identify, analyze, negotiate, acquire and design/build or renovate such properties. Lease up and management is then entrusted to Gannon Management.

Beginning in the year 2001, Gannon, through its affiliates, has embarked upon a substantial repositioning of its multi-family portfolio acquiring numerous quality, newer developments in Missouri, central Florida, and southern Florida and selectively selling older properties so as to modernize the portfolio.

 

New Construction Realty Development

The design and construction of multi-family residential developments requires a great degree of experience and knowledge to correctly balance the many divergent considerations. Decisions made on the drawing board, and in the field by the contractor, will have long lasting impact upon the performance of the facility, often determining its fate.
